Culture Feed Sound Is Yours To Turn On

Sound in the Culture Feed could start on its own, and turning it on took two taps through a control that moved around depending on what you were looking at.
There is now a single volume control, in the post's action menu. It is always present, it never relocates, and one tap makes the post you are viewing audible — no arming step, no second tap. The same control turns sound off again from any state, including part-way through a video. Sound starts off for everyone, every session; the app no longer remembers a per-person sound setting.
