fix: admin audit log to RDS, hydration #418, Stores PUT floor (QA sweep 2026-09-16)
- fix(audit): write the shared admin audit log to RDS so flag, KB, prompt and export actions are recorded on the ECS deployment
- fix(layout): resolve the sidebar build label on the client so SSR and hydration agree
- fix(stores): require super_admin on the Stores PUT, matching the page and nav floor
- Merge pull request #449 from tpromni/fix/qa-sweep-0916
