- fix(train): give the persona drag-and-drop context a stable id so its accessibility markup hydrates (React #418, HTML)
- fix(config): derive the consumer app default from the build-time NEXTPUBLICAPP_ENV so SSR and the browser agree (React #418 on /admin/train)
