Corporate users could hit a dead end on the sign-in screen with nothing to act on.

• More accounts resolve on the first try. Corporate accounts are now matched on the email and employee number carried in your sign-in token, not just one narrow form of your username.
• An account that is not set up yet says so — it reads as a provisioning gap rather than a generic failure.
• When it still fails, the screen shows you what it knows: your email, employee id, and what was tried, with a copy button so you can hand it straight to support.
