Important infrastructure change. All voice practice in Train has been migrated to Tapestry's own ElevenLabs account and workspace.What changed:<ul><li>170 voice agents — every persona across all 13 languages — now point to agent IDs in the Tapestry ElevenLabs workspace, replacing the previous (non-Tapestry) workspace.</li><li>A canonical <code>(locale, persona)</code> agent registry now drives the mapping, and all 170 agents were verified live after the cutover.</li></ul>Why it matters:<ul><li>Voice roleplay now runs entirely on Tapestry-owned ElevenLabs infrastructure — ownership, billing, API keys, and agent management sit with Tapestry, not a third-party account.</li><li>Any future voice-agent changes are made in Tapestry's ElevenLabs workspace going forward.</li><li>No change for associates: Train practice works exactly as before — the migration is entirely behind the scenes.</li></ul>
