- fix(identity): sign-in name (upn) tier so a UPN that differs from the mailbox resolves
- fix(auth): not-linked sign-in copy no longer says the account is not ready; corporate variant
- docs(migrations): ledger: upn identity-tier index applied to coachpulsedv and coachpulseqa 2026-09-17
