- CR9 (P0, gates all): verify the change-role scope flow; no blank-screen defect in current code
- CR4/CR5/CR8/CR10/CR11 (P0): consolidate 14 corporate roles to the 10 target roles
- CR12 (P1): widen Read-Only to the whole console except Knowledge Base; CR10 KB isolation
- CR7 (process): corrected SSO role list of ten for the Tapestry group build
- CR9/Phase 10: 10-role assign matrix runner + QA result (all ten DB-verified)
