Add "does not count against you" disclaimer to training sessions

Associates need explicit in-session copy confirming that Train practice sessions are for coaching only and are not counted against performance, evaluation, or their record.

Sessions are recorded, retrievable, and visible to a store manager, so the wording needs a read from Coach training and governance before it ships. Placement to be confirmed: pre-session context screen, in-session, or both.
