Market is chosen before the content is written, defaulting to the view you are in. Trying to require a post you do not own offers a claim rather than refusing. **Test (Tier 1, minutes):** create a post from Europe's view and confirm Europe is the target without choosing it. Then try to mark an All Markets post required as Europe: you should be offered "Claim for Europe", not a refusal.
