Served, market posts, required, and required target. Composed in one place and quoted identically by the header, the required panel and every save message. This is the fix for the reported 10-vs-6 discrepancy: both numbers were correct, neither was labelled. **Test (Tier 1, minutes):** compare the header, the market view and a save confirmation. All three should quote the same numbers using the same words.
