My Team: apply "Where it Clicked" relabel and the new score scales to the Teams layer
Bring the Teams layer in line with the individual practice results screen following the Aug 19 and Aug 20 scoring rubric revision. My Team is ACTIVE for launch, which supersedes the Aug 13 hide and lock decision, so this is a live-surface correction rather than dark work behind a visibility switch.
C1. Rename "What to Celebrate" to "Where it Clicked" on the Teams layer. "Where to Lean In" is unchanged. String change only. Lowest risk item in the set and the first that should move.
C2. Apply the revised rubric scale and mastery bands: 0 to 59 developing, 60 to 79, 80 to 89 strong, 90 to 100 exceptional, with the band label above the score. Bars stay on engagement zones and superpowers. No in-app explainer or tooltip.
C3. BLOCKING. Mixed scale aggregates across the cutover. History is not being rescored and the rescore moved the mean from 74 to 62, so team averages blend two scales and any trend crossing the revision date shows a drop nobody caused. Recommendation is to aggregate only sessions scored under the revised rubric. Decision owner Joon, with Lauren and Mark. Determines the query, not the copy.
C4. Whether band labels render on store and district averages at all. Recommendation is numeric average plus band distribution, with no single band label stamped on the average. Settle alongside C3.
C5. Strings across every supported language, reusing the results-screen string keys wherever the label is identical.
C6. Admin, reporting and export parity shipped in the same release.
C7. Sequencing and release lane. C1, C2, C5 and C6 can move in the weekly fix lane against the next Wednesday CAB. C3 and C4 gate the aggregate rendering and should not ship half decided: if the call has not been made in time, ship C1 and C2 and hold the aggregate work. Verify in QA against multi-associate data spanning the revision date.
C8. Confirm the manager visibility position against the live surface. The standing commitment is that managers see averages and high level results rather than individual scores. Route through Joon before the aggregate work in C3 and C4 ships.
Open: label for the 60 to 79 band; environment scope (Production is the assumption now that the surface is active); whether the visibility switch is retained as a rollback lever or retired; whether older sessions are marked as pre-revision in the manager drill-down; whether English can lead the language set by a release.
