My Team: Hierarchy View is slow to load at corporate and regional scope

Hierarchy View takes a long time to load for corporate and regional users. Those are the roles carrying the widest tree, so they hit the worst case every time they open it, and they are also the roles whose experience of this surface sets the internal view of the product. As it stands the admin experience is not there, and with My Team now active for launch this is a live manager-facing surface. Filed separately from the My Team labels and score scales item because it is a different class of work: that one is copy and rendering, this one cannot be scoped until it is measured. Related open finding (July 24): drilling into a store through Hierarchy View returned a stale store page with no results section, where the same store entered through All Stores returned the current version. Test case was Orlando store #4002. Same drill-down path, so the two should be ruled in or out together. Target behaviour: Hierarchy View opens at corporate and regional scope in a time that feels immediate, with the tree painting progressively rather than the page waiting on the whole hierarchy before it renders anything. Candidate causes, in the order worth checking: 1. The full tree is fetched in one call and assembled client side rather than loading a level at a time on expand. 2. The store and employee joins run per node instead of once. 3. Score aggregation is computed live on every load rather than precomputed or cached. 4. Role scoping is applied after the fetch rather than inside the query, so a corporate user pulls the entire estate before anything is filtered. Each of those is settled by one measurement, so the first task is a trace at corporate scope, not a fix. Needed to scope: load time at corporate and at regional, which environment it was seen in, node counts at each level, and whether All Stores is fast on the same account.
