Remove Help and Support section from Settings

Remove the Help and Support section from Settings in the Coach Pulse consumer app (You tab). Scope: - C1 (P0): Remove the Help and Support entry from the Settings list and make the screen it opens unreachable. Preference is a config-driven visibility switch rather than a code deletion, so it can be restored without a deploy. - C2 (P0): Retire every route, deep link and in-app pointer into the section so nothing dead-ends on a blank or 404 screen. - C3 (P0): Product call needed on the content underneath it - in-app issue reporter, support contact, app version/build, privacy and terms links. Each either relocates or retires with the section. - C4 (P1): Remove the section's strings from all 15 language files so no orphaned keys ship. - C5 (P1): Settings list reflows cleanly with no empty group header, orphaned divider or gap. - C6 (P2): Hide any matching admin controls if this content is managed from Coach Pulse Admin. - C7 (P2): Retire the analytics events tied to the section. Out of scope: other Settings rows, copy elsewhere, roles and permissions, data/scoring/pipeline work, unrelated cleanup. Open questions: environment scope (QA, Demo, Production); removal vs hide-and-lock; the sanctioned support pathway once the section is gone; whether the QA issue reporter lives here; where app version and policy links go; release lane (weekly fix lane vs sprint).
