Admin: A Tab Left Open Across A Deploy Recovers

If you had the admin open when a new version went out, your next click could land on a dead "Application error" screen, because the tab was still asking for pieces of the previous build that no longer existed.
The admin now recognises that situation and reloads itself onto the current version instead of stopping at an error screen.
