Changelog

Follow new updates and improvements to FutureProof.

Production release, 11 September

Coach Pulse (store app)

  • Practice calls that drop are handled honestly. If a practice call disconnects, you now see a clear message and a Restart Session option. The app no longer offers to resume a call that cannot be resumed, and it records why each session ended so support can help faster.
  • Voice and Privacy notice in every language. The notice shown before a practice call is now translated into all 15 app languages.
  • Smoother call start. The call begins as soon as you accept the notice, the retry button is easier to tap, and the notice sheet no longer closes by accident on a swipe.
  • Groundwork for reconnecting a dropped call silently (switched off for now).

Coach Pulse Admin

  • Analytics HQ: new report cuts. Repeat cohorts (the same person practising the same scenario again), score bands, persona deep dives and re-try analysis are now on the dashboard.
  • Today content is market-based. Region and store targeting are retired on Today; content is targeted by market, and the market picker reaches every region an admin is entitled to. Three market switches are now visible.
  • Clearer scope on user cards. A user's effective scope is shown as plain chips, and the mastery band colours match the store app.
  • Analytics HQ tables scroll correctly on small screens, store labels are consistent, and security dependency updates were applied.

Production release, 3 September

Coach Pulse (store app)

  • You are told when a newer version is available. A banner prompts a refresh when the app on your device is behind the current release, and the sign-in support panel shows which build you are on.
  • Market groups renamed. The European display group now reads "France, Netherlands, and Belgium".
  • Practice scoring safeguards. A practice transcript that has been redacted is never scored, so no one receives a score built on missing text.
  • Market model update. One market switch now drives Today, Train and Culture together.
  • Reliability clean-up across the app: fewer double-taps registering twice, safer saves, and dead code removed.

Coach Pulse Admin

  • Same update banner as the store app, with the real build number shown.
  • Historical content is labelled per surface, and new content can no longer be published without an owner. A per-market readout shows what each market is being served.
  • Today saves keep their market. A market-scoped save can no longer silently lose its ownership, and the library can be viewed by market.
  • The Conversation History list was retired under the zero-retention setting.
  • Same market group rename and market model update as the store app.

August production releases (12 to 27 August)

A round-up of everything that reached production in August.

Practice and scoring

  • Results are back on the weighted scale, and the two results sections are now called "What to Celebrate" and "Where to Lean In".
  • Scoring is more resilient: transient failures retry on their own, a garbled reply is re-run once instead of failing, and pending scores recover.
  • The AI coaching model was upgraded to Claude Sonnet 5.
  • The mastery band on the Session Complete card is larger and never wraps in any language.
  • Going Back from a practice call releases the microphone before the screen changes.

Culture feed

  • Instagram photos and carousels render as photos, not as a dead video shell.
  • TikTok clips play natively and silently until you tap; feed sound stays off until you turn it on.
  • The video countdown is driven by the real media length.
  • A watcher emails content owners when a published post stops displaying, and repairs what it can first.
  • Content can be scheduled across two publish weeks, with per-week state and repeat badges.
  • Content is scoped by market.

My Team

  • My Team returned as an aggregate view, and a leader's scope is resolved from the stores assigned to them.

Admin

  • Corporate user provisioning: add corporate users with an Employee ID, bulk CSV import with per-row commit, and ten consolidated corporate roles including Market SuperAdmin and Read-Only.
  • District names are shown by name everywhere, with the code kept as the key.
  • Today: duplicate a week, and images are only saved when you press Save.
  • Analytics HQ: coach.com styling, per-widget market tabs, featured persona, "You" section, store leadership team, and region names without the parent-company prefix.
  • Saves are decoupled from media uploads, with truthful previews and actionable upload errors.
  • The Knowledge Base is limited to global super admins and the legacy Admin role was retired.

Across the app

  • Sign-in and session handling hardened for slow connections and shared devices.
  • Honest error states with working retries, better contrast and tap targets, right-to-left support, faster loads and lighter bundles.
  • 146 more strings translated into all 15 languages.
  • Chat retries once on a transport failure before showing an error.
