Practice Scoring Says What Went Wrong, And Tries Again

When scoring failed on the way back, the failure was swallowed: the session was left without a score and nothing explained why.

• Failures worth retrying are now retried, and the reason for a failure is recorded rather than discarded.
• A session still waiting on a score is held so it can be picked up later instead of being lost.
• If the transcript cannot be fetched at all, you get a clear card with a working "Retry analysis" rather than a dead end.
• Being offline is described as being offline, not as a general error.
