Admin: Corporate Users Can Be Added And Managed

Corporate people had no way into Coach Pulse through the admin — the existing user creation was built for the nightly HR feed and for store accounts.
There is now a Corporate tab on the Users page with a full set of controls:

• Add a corporate user with their email, full name, role and region. Everything else is worked out for you.
• Import in bulk from a CSV, with each row committed on its own so one bad row cannot take down the batch.
• Choose from every role type — app access only, Culture Feed admin, admin, or global super admin — rather than being limited to super admin.
• Change someone's role after the fact, including for people added before this existed.
• A detail panel per person showing exactly what they have been granted, and the full history of changes.
• Reversible deactivation, and a clear prompt to reactivate rather than a confusing error when someone already exists.
