Environment: Production

Several metrics were calculated more than once in different places, so the same number could disagree with itself between Today, You, the Training Report, and the manager views. Each one now has a single definition used everywhere.

• No data now shows as "—", never as 0. A genuine zero and "nothing recorded yet" no longer look identical — including New Customers on Today.
• Store average is a rolling 30 days everywhere. These numbers will move, because some surfaces were previously showing an all-time average.
• Overall score, per-category averages, trend, and best score agree across every screen that shows them.
• A failed save now says it failed instead of showing success and quietly reverting the next time you open the page.
