Revisiting A Culture Post No Longer Throws An Error

Opening a Culture Feed post you had already seen produced a save error every time, even though there was nothing new to record.

Re-viewing a post is now recognised as a no-op rather than a failed write. Your original completion date is preserved, and a genuine save failure is still reported as one.
