Some accounts could not be matched to their record: employee IDs that differed only in capitalization failed to match, corporate accounts without a store could be attached to the wrong store, and accounts with no employee ID on file could not be found by anything that looks people up that way.

• Matching is no longer thrown off by capitalization.
• A store hint is only used when it genuinely refers to a store, rather than to a corporate employee number that happens to look like one.
• An account with no employee ID on file has it filled in from the verified sign-in the next time that person signs in. An ID that already belongs to someone else is reported rather than taken.
